Dear Child Care Professional,
Thank you for your interest in becoming a registered
provider with YWCA Child Care Resource and Referral!
Before we go any further, please check out our “Becoming
a Provider” selection on this website.
On that page, you will find a list of requirements
that must be followed in order to become part
of our registry. If you have already looked those
requirements over and have all of the prerequisites,
then click the link below and continue on to
becoming one step closer to becoming a registered
provider!

Being a part of the YWCA Child Care Resource
and Referral Registry has many advantages. Some
of the advantage that registering provides are
free child care referrals, opportunities to attend
workshops and trainings, access to child care
professionals that can answer your questions
and provide you with guidance, and also an idea-filled
quarterly newsletter that is jam-packed with
great information.
If you’re interested in becoming a registered
provider, please print each of the documents
listed. We ask that you read each of the documents
carefully as they outline, in detail, what we
need from you as a child care provider. Keep
in mind that there is a mandatory orientation
that you must attend before we can include you
in our database. Feel free to call at any time
to register for one of the dates listed on the
documents below!
There are several sheets that will need to be
filled out and brought with you, along with a
copy of both your state and federal fingerprints,
to orientation. The sheets you will need to complete
are the Family Day Care Home Data Sheet, Family
Fire Escape Plan, Family Child Care Reference
List, and the Parent Minimum Standards. In addition
to these forms, you will need to have your physician
complete and sign the Employee Medical Statement
form.
Again, we thank you for your interest in becoming
a registered provider with us. Don’t forget
to let your friends know about us! Please call
our office if you have any questions. We look
forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
The YWCA Child Care Resource and Referral Staff
